The organisation
A regional public health service in north-west NSW is working with ImagingHQ to recruit a General Diagnostic Radiologist. The service supports a large rural and regional catchment, operates a well-equipped imaging department, and works closely with the broader clinical team. This regional city with strong schooling, good lifestyle amenities, and direct flights to Sydney.
The role
You will report on a broad general diagnostic caseload including CT, MRI, plain film, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy. You will provide urgent and semi-urgent reporting support to emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services, and work collaboratively with clinical teams across surgical, medical, and allied health disciplines.
What we're looking for
FRANZCR or equivalent is required. AHPRA specialist registration or a clear pathway to registration is essential. We actively support overseas-trained radiologists through the RANZCR IMG assessment process and AHPRA specialist registration pathway. Candidates holding FRCR (UK/Ireland), ABR (USA), FRCPC or equivalent are encouraged to apply and to get in touch with ImagingHQ at any stage of their relocation planning — we can guide you through every step.
