The organisation
An accredited BreastScreen program service in metropolitan Sydney is looking to recruit a Breast Imaging Radiographer, with ImagingHQ managing the search. This is a purpose-built breast screening facility operating under the BreastScreen Australia framework, with a team committed to diagnostic quality and patient outcomes.
The role
You will perform screening and diagnostic mammography including 2D and tomosynthesis, and will support image-guided breast procedures as required. You will work within an accredited quality assurance framework and contribute to BreastScreen standards compliance.
What we're looking for
AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner (Radiography) is required. Mammography experience is required; BreastScreen-specific experience is highly regarded. Candidates with a Certificate in Breast Imaging or working towards this are encouraged to apply. Overseas-trained radiographers are encouraged to apply. ImagingHQ supports candidates through ASMIRT skills assessment and AHPRA Medical Radiation Practitioner registration.
