The organisation
ImagingHQ is partnering with a major metropolitan public health network in Sydney to appoint a Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Lead. This is a well-resourced tertiary facility with a broad clinical catchment, strong multidisciplinary culture, and a genuine commitment to professional development at all career levels.
The role
You will perform general nuclear medicine procedures, including radiopharmaceutical preparation and administration, patient care throughout the procedure, image acquisition, and quality control, in accordance with ARPANSA regulations and ANZSNM/AANMS standards. As the lead technologist, you will oversee departmental protocols, radiation safety compliance, and staff supervision.
What we're looking for
AHPRA registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist is essential, along with a current state radiation licence and demonstrated experience in departmental leadership. Overseas-trained technologists with equivalent senior credentials and a clear pathway to AHPRA registration are encouraged to apply.
