The organisation
ImagingHQ has been engaged by a regional public health service in Central Queensland to recruit a SPECT-CT Nuclear Medicine Technologist. Rockhampton is a well-serviced regional city with direct flights to Brisbane, affordable living, and a strong community spirit.
The role
You will perform a broad SPECT-CT caseload — bone scintigraphy, renal DMSA and MAG3, thyroid studies, hepatobiliary scans, cardiac perfusion, and lung ventilation-perfusion.
What we're looking for
AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner (Nuclear Medicine Technology) is required. Demonstrated SPECT-CT experience is essential. We support overseas-trained Nuclear Medicine Technologists through ASMIRT skills assessment and AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner (Nuclear Medicine Technology). ASNMT membership support is also available. Enquiries are welcome from candidates in the UK, Europe, North America, and New Zealand who are considering an Australian move.
