The organisation
ImagingHQ is partnering with an established private radiology group with multiple sites across Queensland to appoint a Nuclear Medicine Technologist – General. The group has invested heavily in its technology platform and clinical team, and offers the kind of scope and variety that keeps experienced practitioners engaged long-term.
The role
You will perform general nuclear medicine procedures, including radiopharmaceutical preparation and administration, patient care throughout the procedure, image acquisition, and quality control, in accordance with ARPANSA regulations and ANZSNM/AANMS standards.
What we're looking for
AHPRA registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (or eligibility to register) is required, along with a current or transferable radiation licence. Overseas-trained nuclear medicine technologists — including those certified through SNMMI (USA), BNMS (UK), or equivalent bodies — are warmly encouraged to apply. We are experienced in supporting international candidates through the AHPRA assessment process and can advise on radiation licensing requirements by state.
