The organisation
ImagingHQ has been engaged by a leading private diagnostic imaging group operating multiple sites across the Sydney metropolitan area to recruit a 3T MRI Specialist Radiographer. This practice is known for investing in premium equipment and fostering a genuinely professional clinical environment. The CBD site runs extended hours and a high-volume, high-complexity protocol list.
The role
You will perform 3T MRI examinations across a broad range of clinical indications — neurological, musculoskeletal, abdominal, pelvic, and cardiac MRI. You will work within a dedicated MRI team, contribute to protocol optimisation, and play a role in supporting and mentoring less experienced MRI radiographers.
What we're looking for
AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner (Radiography) is required. Demonstrated MRI experience is essential; 3T-specific experience is highly regarded. Candidates holding or working towards an MRI certificate of competency are encouraged to apply. We support overseas-trained radiographers through the ASMIRT skills assessment process and AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner.
