- Subspecialty MSK caseload on 3T MRI, CT, and ultrasound
- Clinician-led boutique practice — collegial, low-turnover, quality-focussed
- Modern equipment — 3T MRI, 128-slice CT, digital CR/DR throughout
The organisation
ImagingHQ is partnering with a well-regarded independent imaging practice in Melbourne to appoint a MRI Radiographer – MSK. This is a smaller, clinician-led environment where quality of reporting and patient experience come first — known for low staff turnover, flexible working arrangements, and genuine investment in its people.
The role
You will perform general radiographic examinations — including patient preparation, image acquisition, and quality assessment. You will work collaboratively within the broader imaging team to deliver a responsive, patient-centred service.
What we're looking for
AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner is required, or demonstrated eligibility to register. Dedicated MRI experience in the relevant subspecialty is essential. We actively welcome applications from UK and internationally qualified MRI radiographers — HCPC-registered practitioners are well-suited to the AHPRA pathway and we can support you through that process. If you are considering a move to Australia, reach out early.
What's on offer
- Dedicated CPD budget with support to attend RANZCR/ASMIRT Annual Scientific Meeting
- Structured career development reviews twice annually
- Paid study leave for further credentialing or postgraduate study
- Mentoring from subspecialty-trained senior clinicians
- Visa sponsorship considered for suitably qualified candidates
